I’m Jonathan Swead – a marketing and visual director who’s lived the reality of building brands in the age of “always on”. I’ve won two D&AD awards, created and exited two brands that sold globally, and I know exactly how it feels to stare at a wall of samples knowing you need campaign films, lookbooks, PDP shots, social, wholesale decks – all with a budget that barely covers one good shoot.
I’ve been the founder looking up the ladder at the brands just one rung above – same vision, better budgets – wondering how they’re shipping so much content without burning out the team or the bank account. Today, that pressure is even heavier: more channels, more formats, more drops. But the tools have finally caught up. AI-driven product photography, virtual models and brand-aware image generation mean small, hungry brands can play a much bigger visual game without gambling the entire year’s cash flow on a single shoot.

I also help buying teams see their range before it exists. Using AIgenerated visuals, I turn first samples and early prototypes into full campaignstyle imagery and range views, so buyers can walk into signoff meetings with a clear, emotive story – not just a rail and a moodboard. That’s often the difference between a range that gets approved and a range that gets politely “parked”.
Working with me is simple. We start with a brand download – your visual identity, customer, products and where these visuals need to live. Then we sprint through concepts using virtual photo shoots: different lighting, styling, talent and compositions you can react to quickly. We refine the strongest directions into finished images, then roll out full sets, variants, seasonal twists and markets. You go from “rough idea” to “readytoship visuals” in days, without booking a studio, models or location house.
I’m not here to replace your creative team. Yes, AI product photography and virtual shoots will piss off people who are invested in slow, expensive, oldschool production. But I built this for the people in the middle: the founders, marketers and buyers who care deeply about brand, feel the weight of every spend decision, and are tired of choosing between doing it “properly” and doing it at all.
